What an easy experience! I placed my order online and was able to choose a specific "later" pickup time. When I arrived at the requested pickup time, I went inside and there was my order! Grabbed the bag and went home to enjoy a delicious meal!

Very friendly, clean bathroom. You can tell the employees are giving their all and remaining to be positive and hospitable near the end of their shift. Give them a raise!! The food looks well presented even near the business close time. Thank you so much for allowing me to sit down. The environment isn't too noisy.

Food is phenomenal! Our new favorite find! Can't believe it's been here for a few years and we've never checked it out. The name and signage/logo seemed junky, we know a lot of people who have never been there either because of the same reason. Inside decor seems cold and unwelcoming. Would love to see a cozy and warm atmosphere inside! Service can be spotty. We ordered one day recently and paid and waited 20 minutes with no one in front of us, went inside and asked what the wait was about and was told we still had about 5 minutes left. My food wasn't even prepared yet and she was making the persons order that was behind us. We left without our food and took the 20 hit. But most other times it's super fast! Jerk chicken bowl is to die for and the breakfast egg bowl is amazing.

I really enjoyed my meal the “Power Bowl” with Salmon and a Crunchy Chicken Bites side. Lucky’s customer service was awesome. This is a fairly new location and the food was great, it was peaceful, and clean.
